Inside Holland

The transport costs are  €5 per package.  We will try to deliver your package within 48 hours.

 Outside Holland

For deliveries outside Holland the transportcosts will be €8. For orders outside Holland we try to deliver within 5-7 working days. 

 

 

All items can within 7 days of receipt be returned. It is emphatically that the sealing / packaging of the articles should be unbroken and intact. This is according to the Distance Selling Act. If this aspect is not respected, we can't unfortunately take back the items and return  your payment.

If you return something, follow these steps:
Send an e-mail to write_me@Urcosmetics.com so we expect your shipment.

NOTE: Indicate in the subject line of your e-mail the order you want to return.
Pack the items so you can avoid the products damage.
